Prepare the Package
Securely pack the tools in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned tools, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
